About this event
Artist Gym is an innovative workshop series that uses arts-based exercises to inspire creative connection. We’ll move, improvise, write, and tell each other stories in a fun, supportive environment. Everyone is welcome! You’ll meet new people and leave feeling invigorated and refreshed.
This session explores… exploration! How do we come to know ourselves and the world around us? Enrollment is limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible to let us know you plan to come. There's no fee, but donations will be welcome.
Theater artist Sarah Plotkin invented Artist Gym and has run dozens of sessions in New York and Boston. Sarah will be joined by dancer, choreographer, and educator Megan Omohundro. Artist Gym is presented in partnership with 5Sisters and Story House Ithaca.
Artist Gym is made possible in part with SOS grant funding from the Community Arts Partnership of Tompkins County.
